Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your full name and contact email
• The VentureHub service, app, or Meta integration you used
• The Facebook Page, Instagram account, or business asset involved, if applicable
• A short description of the data you want deleted

What happens next

We may ask you to verify your identity or confirm the account or business asset connected to the request. After verification, we will delete or anonymize associated personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or compliance reasons.

If your request relates to data received through Meta APIs, we will remove the relevant data from our systems and stop using it for the affected service unless you reconnect or reauthorize the integration.
